Teknologi Tenaga Perlis Consortium Sdn Bhd (TTPC), a company in which Landmarks has a 20% stake, is an independent power plant owner and operator. Under the license issued to TTPC, TTPC will construct, own and operate a 650MW Power Plant in Perlis for a term of 21 years.

The Power Plant is constructed on a 37.5 hectares coastal site at Kuala Sungai Baru in Mukim Kayang, Perlis. The site is located just north of the town of Kuala Sungai Bharu and has good access to Road 7 from Penang / Kedah and Road 80 to the village of Kuala Sanglang.

TTPC's Power Plant is a combine cycle plant where the exhaust heat from the gas turbines is utilized to generate steam to power the steam turbine.

TTPC’s Power Plant was completed at a record time of 21 months and the COD (Commercial Operation Date) was on 31st March 2003.
