We refer to the announcement dated 9 December 2005 on the Members’ Voluntary Winding-up of Mont Kiara Specialist Centre Sdn Bhd ("MKSC").
The Board of Directors of Landmarks Berhad wishes to inform that the Liquidator of MKSC, an indirect subsidiary of the Company had convened a Final Meeting to conclude the Members’ Voluntary Winding-up of MKSC on 10 December 2009. MKSC will be dissolved on the expiration of three months from 10 December 2009.
