Termination of proposed Acquisition of 100% Equity Interest in GreenBelt View Sdn Bhd

We refer to our announcement dated 16 April 2001 in respect of the aforesaid matter and wish to provide the following additional information:

Parties are currently negotiating the refund of the sum of RM1.2 million which was paid as a deposit for the said acquisition. A further announcement on the same will be made in due course.
